EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIFFA is happy to exchange your product, kindly read the information below.  

  1. We accept exchanges on items purchased on shiffa.com only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required upon exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. 
  1. Empty / Half containers cannot be accepted for an exchange within the 30 days after the date of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@shiffa.com  and send your item to: Shiffa Dubai Skin Care Cosmetics LLC, Business Bay , Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 
  1. Beauty Tools (Jade Roller, FaSha, and Facial Brush)
  • Beauty Tools will be accepted for exchange within 6 months of purchase. We do not accept exchange after 6 months.
  • An image or proof of damaged beauty tool item must be sent to customercare@shiffa.com to be examined by SHIFFA quality team before final exchange decision.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

SHIFFA is happy to return/refund your product, kindly read the information below. 

  1. Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date, for a refund. Proof of purchase is required upon return/refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 
  1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Empty / Half containers cannot be accepted for return/refund within the 30 days after original purchase. 
  1. Gift-cards are non-returnable / non-refundable. 
  1. SHIFFA does not refund original shipping costs with the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.   
  1. To return the products, please send them to: Shiffa Dubai Skin Care Cosmetics LLC, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Kindly ensure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until we receive the returned products and inspected by our Quality Team. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages. 
  1. Once the returned products are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase, within 7-10 workings days. We do not accept refund to a new or different credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement. 
  1. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank statement then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You may also contact your bank and verify with them the bank processing time prior to posting the refund on your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@shiffa.com
  1. Sale items (if applicable) – Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
